Winona ice fishing?

    I am considering going down to the backwaters to try some crappie/pike fishing. Any ice conditions or general fishing reports out there to share?

    I have not been out in a few days but the last time I was out there was plenty of ice. Lake winona had 9″, airport lake had 7-8″, and Praire Island road had 7″. As for catchin it has been hit and miss.
