Is this a fair price for my shack?

    I have a Clam Jr. Shack, about 5-6 years old, basicly the same as the 5600 model, but the door zipper is different, I’m thinking about selling it, basicly because I never use it. It’s in great shape, my question is, what would a fair price be? I’m thinking about asking $100 for it, the 5600 is $300 new.
