Spring lake or north

    Will there be a ice strong enough tofish on or Black Hawk park or avywhere by pdc?ICE JOHN FISH ON

    Guys,

    I’l bet the north end of Cold Springs will be thick enough..Fennimore Cut will have enough ice…and Blackhawk park will be good to go…

    Were talking estimates of 3-4″ of ice…thats my guess..

    Good luck out there and be safe…there are lost of springs in all the places you’ve mentioned…

    And by all means let us know how you do..

    Fished Finn. Gut last night,had about 2.5 inches of ice.Didn’t even crack when I walked on it.Had to stay on shore tho and walk down past the cabins to get on it.also. Caught 2 big crappies and 7 bluegills in 1 hrs. fishing time.Spring Lake itself is bone dry!!!!Anything with current would still be out today but maybe by Sat. we will be able to cross the Ambroes Slough.Good Luck and be safe!!!Steve
