Well we need some cold weather to be fishing in Rochester soon. I checked Foster Park and it was 95% open, the only ice in the SW corner and it is still open in front of the dock. Willow creek is Questionable around the dock is 1 to 1.5 with spots of open water. Middle of reservoir is still open. Looks like you could maybe get in the bay areas but you better leave your leinies and beef sticks in the truck. I will be heading to Visigors Landing or pig Sh-t slough this weekend(Reno Bottoms). I saw people on Last SAturday afternoon already. Tight lines #5
