Does anyone know where you can buy just the drop wheel system and hubs for a shack? Wanting to build a fish house but 4 grand for a frame is out of my price range, have a professional welder to do the frame, was wondering if anyone out there sold just the wheel system

a friend of mine just got a sweet 14′ house for $3800. with a kitchenette and bunks, they also threw in 6 hole sleeves and 2 full propane tanks 
Im wanting a 8×20 and the cheapest ive found used was 13,000. i figured i could build one way cheaper and set up how i want it to be
