Told the father in law I was gonna take a picture of the first & last fish caught of the day. Now, it may look like the same fish & for all practical purposes it very well could be the same fish. Maybe his 15 minutes of fame at 2:00pm wasn’t sufficient & he wanted another shot at stardom shortly after 5:00pm. Never mind the other 11 cookie cutter 12 to 14 inchers that got to see the river bluff for a few moments the 3 hrs in between. BASS BASS BASS BASS roaming around the bottom 3 feet of a 12 foot column. Baitless Cecils did far more damage than the father in laws dead stick minnow or jigg’n spoon tipped with a waxie. While these guys aren’t my preferred target they made for a fun afteroon!

They all tug some taste better than others. That cecil does alot of catching.

For being 2 different fish, they look exactly the same.

Exactly my point Blue. I didn’t realize it until I pulled the pics off the camera and got to looking at them. I think I caught the same BASS a touch over 3 hours apart! I was in the same general vicinity.
