Genoa walleye fishing

    I would like to do some walleye fishing on the river around Genoa but iv’e never fished the area . looking for some advice.

    Take a spud bar and check the ice as you move. I was on 6-8″ one day, that evening we went back out and found less than 2″ in the same spot. Talk about back tracking quickly. After that I vowed to stay off the current ice.

    you could pm lawrence ecklor he guides in that area and i bet he could put you on some fish not sure on his rates but prob worth it
