Just wondering if anyone else is headed out to the Petenwell this weekend. I am going with 8 buddies Saturday morning. We are meeting at the Sparta Country Kitchen at 6:15AM if anybody wants to join our group. I can’t promise they will bite, but I know where they are.

I’m sure i’ll be out there in the channel in 30-35 feet of water on the west side somewhere. I actually just got back from there about an hour ago. Between two of us we came home with 14 slabs and 3 walleyes, no slots and no shorts. Glad to see some fellow Petenwell fisherman on this site!
I wish I could go with this weekend. Instead I have to head to Northern WI for a fishing Tourney. I have a buddy that will be over there on thurs and fri this week, I will let you know how he does.
