Pool 12 – Savannah IL/Palisades State Park

    My family and I are going to be ice fishing for gills/crappies this weekend somewhere in the Savannah IL area.. I have heard that Miller’s Landing(?) is a good area……

    How has the fishing been?
    Any suggestions?
    Good locations?
    Should I bring my snowmobile?

    I cant find anything on the web regarding fishing in that area….

    Just in case you will be referencing maps, Savanna IL is on pool 13. Lots of backwater on that pool.

    Pool 13…Thanks! So it been pretty slow huh….I live up on the chain of lakes in Northern IL (NW of Chicago) I wonder if I should just stay here…..
