Does anyone know if Marcum has closed there Ramsey Location?? My 460 Camera filled full of water again and I was trying to get a hold of them for Warrenty work. I called the 763 number and it was disconected. Thanks Scott

From the sounds of it they’re not repairing your 460
any longer. Give them a call.

Yeah, James confirmed last week that Nature Vision has discontinued the Marcum cameras, but was not sure if any warranties or service/parts requests were being supported.

The 460 / 560 rotating head cams are no longer made. It sounds like at this time there are few to no spare parts left to be scrounged although I did see a used camera-only assembly for sale last week for cheap on Ebay. So… I’m not sure what to tell you other than give MarCum a call and see what they can do for you. I doubt there’s an opportunity to fix that camera so watching Ebay or similar for a replacement camera might be your only option if you’re set on repairing that camera.
I like either one, i think they’re both fine works of photography.
Thanks for the info James, I guess this camera has been a problem since it was new and Marcum always reassured me that they would continue to take care of any issues that arrise with it. I have emailed them and left a message as well so hopefully something can be done here. If there is one thing I can say about Marcum, there customer service and repair has been second to none. Scott

i was jusy looking at cameras on ebay and there were two of them 460s for sale 9.95 a piece just the camera and cable one of them said it didnt turn but the picture was fine and the other turned but the light didnt work i guess for $10 it might be worth having an extra hope it helps i forgot ebay/sporting goods/then typed in marcum camera
30 hours and no responce from the folks at Marcum, email or verbal. I am getting nervous. I hope the folks at Marcum dont let me down.
Hang tight bud… it is a VERY busy time of year for the manufactures of ice fishing gear. Giving the best customer service takes time (like Marcum ). I am sure you would like to have someones full attention to help solve your problem. They are just giving that same attention to the guy that is infront of you on their list. I would not be worried just yet.
Contacted by Jon at Marcum this morning, though they are unable to repair the unit as they have stoped making it, I feel they have made me an awsome deal to make things right. Thanks Marcum. Scott
