Eagle River…Upper Buckatabon?

    Myself and a few others are heading up that way for a weekend of ice fishing on the 23rd. Never been there and was hoping to find someone with a little advice. Ice thickness..will we need an extension for the power auger? And are there bette lakes to hit around the Conover area? Or a good map of this lake? Thanks!

    I don’t fish that area much, but I fished in a contest just west of there on the Rainbow Flowage and we had around 18″ of ice and could drive 4 wheel drive trucks out.Good luck
