    What reel do you use? What do you think is the best ice fishing reel?

    First off, welcome to In-Depthoutdoors.

    TO answer you question better we need a few more details.

    What species are you fishing for: Walleyes, Panfish, Pike, etc?
    What rod and its length are you going to be using?

    gills specs perch walleye i have st croix premier and legend rods ul m and mh thanks for the welcome and thankyou for the links

    I uses ticas and have good luck with them

    I personally like the Pflueger reels…I have all my rods rigged with them…They have a smooth action and also a very nice drag system…
    When your in the house and using 1lb test…it’s nice to have a good drag with that nasty bass attacks or a big ‘ol perch takes off with your jig…
