I broke a clip on one of the poles to my Eskimo Quickflip 2 over the weekend, called them up and they sent me a couple in the mail no charge and were already at my house yesterday!!! I even mentioned my portable was a few years old and she just sent me a couple to make sure I got the right size. Good product and great customer service!
