    I broke a clip on one of the poles to my Eskimo Quickflip 2 over the weekend, called them up and they sent me a couple in the mail no charge and were already at my house yesterday!!! I even mentioned my portable was a few years old and she just sent me a couple to make sure I got the right size. Good product and great customer service!

    I have an Eskimo Quickfish III and I broke one of the poles and I called them on a Monday and I had my new pole by Friday. Free of charge and no questions asked! I was very pleased with their customer service too!

    I also agree- I used to sell eskimo/yukon/river edge products and always had good feed back on their customer service and my sales rep always had a response for me with any issue with 24 hrs……
