Anyone been on Indian? I have never been there but am thinking about it tomorrow or Sat. Talked to a few people about where it is but, still only have a general direction. straight across from the New Albin boat launch. I know how to get to the launch only by boat. Any info would be great. PM if you want.
use yahoo maps and type in new albin iowa it will show the town and the landing is out on army road (the ony one that goes to the river) also i thought cordwood was directly across from the landing and indian was north of there but not for sure hope that helps
You have about a mile walk northward from the New Albin boat landing to reach the Indian. Watch the ice in the shut. There’s depth and little curret you have to cross.
