    i have a trophy suitcase style ice hut that is getting harder to pull throght the snow theolder i get. is thier any kind of spray or wax i can put on to make it a litle better. thanks for any ideas.

    some teflon runners would help you out. check out this website and search for teflon, then click on bars/strips, then select 1/2″ thick, cut to length, 1″ width. I think this is the same as hifax.

    I built a plywood box and put some old snow skis on it

    when I had a suitcase house. (Clam 5600)

    It worked great plus I could haul my gear out of the elements inside the box. I even pulled it behind a snowmobile once in a while.

    I’ll try and find a picture of it.

    Time to reward your age with a snowmobile, Honestely there are a ton on craigslist for around a grand. I kick myself for getting rid of mine (and not replacing it instantly) You don’t need a fancy one, or a fast one, But IMHO nothing is better on ice for the money.
