Ice on pool 11 backwater

    Saw someone on Big Pond – could hear the ice cracking as he shuffled around. It looked like it took about 4-5 turns of his auger per hole.

    I think I’ll wait a few more days.

    At 200 yards, I couldn’t tell. He stayed in one spot for quite a while. When I headed back from my exploring a half hour later, he was moving and I watched him move twice.
