For overall quality I would go with the Otter if you plan to do any towing with an ATV or snowmobile. If you are hand towing, the strength is not as big of issue. Then you may want to sit in them and see what fits you best as far as seating, design, weight, etc. Again, if you plan to tow it…..Get the Otter
