Tulibee ? ?

    I was around the Fergus Falls area recently and a group of folks were fishing for Tulibee.

    Looks like they were using a spoon as an attractor and below that a small jig.

    Can someone enlighten me…..

    I know nothing about the species.

    Table fare?

    Smoke them only?
