Has anyone else taken a look at the 2008 DNR Omnibus Bill that changes the Walleye limit to four. There is also a provision in there to change the fish house licensing. Since there was some confusion as to when the house could be left unattended and not licensed they are changing it to be “if it is left unattended it needs to be licensed.” No longer any mention of “unattended over night”.
