Lake city ice fishing contest??

    I heard its the 16th, does anyone have info on start times or web page to look up? never been to it but would like to try..thanks

    LAKE CITY — The Lake City Sportsman Club ice fishing contest will be from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday on Lake Pepin near the club’s clubhouse on the lower side of Lake City.

    Entry fee is $5. The angler who registers the biggest fish will win $500. Any prizes not awarded to those who catch fish will be given out via a drawing.

    Members of the club will drill a hole, or holes, for you when you decide where you want to fish. You can also buy bait, and food, on the lake or at the clubhouse.
