    Had a problem when I first used the V560 with the camera not panning. Worked after the first time so never did anything about it. Sold the camera to a friend and he used for 1 year and then had a problem. He contacted marcum and they replaced the unit with the new LCD model at no charge. Was amazed at there service and dedication to there customers. I will be definatly purchasing another unit for myself from them. Wish all companys were like that.
