Had the chance to get out with G-raff and a few other buddies over the long holiday weekend. Started at Wilox with no fish to be caught except on small gill. Lots of nice size gills that wanted nothing to do with us. Moved to the 3rd finger lake and had gills every other minute on the line. Small tear drops and pills were the ticket. We went back out today with fewer numbers but larger gills and a few nice crappies in the mix. Never did catch a fish on a crappie minnow though. No one was out today but Monday the fingers were packed with people. Talked to a dnr creel counter and he said the fingers were the ticket and no one else was doing much.
