Great morrning to be out on the ice!!!

Rising early was the key this morrning 12/22/07. While me and my good buddy headed out onto the ice at 7am we were just itchen for some fishin. We headed out to a local hot spot for a lot of fishermen right now and was it a hot spot indeed. We started out just hammering the sunnys and crappie right off the bat one after another. We were using just regular yellow ice jigs capped off with a inch skinny dipper plastic behind it. We fished from 7am all the way to 1:30pm and we must of caught 200 or so fish. . I landed a very nice 13″ perch which made the day even better yet. We braught home 37 keepers in all.
