Believe it or not, I have been living in Stoddard for 5 years (6 ice fishing seasons) and today was my first outing here! I was always driving to Prairie du Chien to fish! I was only out for a few hours but managed to catch a few nice gills and a few bass as well. I was fishing blind as my 334c was DOA. When I got home, I called Lowrance and no answer. Then I realized they are in Tulsa, OK and have bigger problems with all the ice (where it isn’t supposed to be). Anyone have any tips how to fish the Stoddard area? I was fishing in 7 FOW about 18-24″ off the bottom with chartreuse jigs of all types.
