went out yesterday straight out from the landing and the bite was good for crappies but not many keepers. lots of half pounders. the ice was 5-6 inches of good ice but with the snow we got it made a nice slushy layer on top of the ice that refroze now after a couple cold nights. by next weekend it should be fourwheeler worthy hopefully.
