I am not trying to hoard the ice forum with reports, but I am having a blast so far this season.
I will make this report quick 
I was able to get out for a few hours this morning again, and like before, I had the ice to myself.
The fishing today was a lot slower, but the size made up for it. Many of the fish were hanging near the bottom with a lot of lookers, but no takers.
The active fish appeared to be singles or very small groups and were suspended 4′ off the bottom. They came through quick and you had to be ready for them.
Fish today came off a Forage Minnow and a white glow Shrimpo.
Average fish today was 10″ and my biggest crappie was 13 1/2″. As usual, all fish were returned to give the next person a shot at having some fun.
Ice is still in good shape with a nice layer of snow on top.
