Not much of an ice fisherman but my father is so looking for a new gift idea for him. Would like to store a few jigging rods for walleye/perch and a couple more panfish rods. If he could also store a few tip-ups that would be a bonus. Hate to see him breaking a rod every year.

Give me your reviews on what’s out there!!!

Ted, this is my suggestion. A lot of years of design went into this bag. The rod tubes are sealed on the end and go the entire length of the bag. It hold 6 rods in the 4 tubes really easy.

The problem with most ice bags is they either don’t have tubes or the tubes don’t extend the entire length of the bag.

Thanks Scott – grabbed a rodpac tonight at Fleet Farm for under $40 and they had the icepac there also.

Looks to be a great bag, might have to get one for myself!

Those are probably some of the nicest rod bags I have seen yet. I picked up a couple of the Icepacs and there is pockets and/or loops for everything you need to carry with you.
