Sorry, I’m pretty new to ice fishing, please bear with me. Me and a buddy want to put a permanent ice shack out on one of the lakes here in WI, the shack is homemade. We are both residents of MN. What type of license do we need to buy for a permanent shack etc and what would this cost. Sorry for the newbie questions, but having trouble finding info on this.
