Plenty of good ice still on the lake, at least 35″ under 6 to 10″ of slop/slush, out at 9 mile, 4-wheelers and trucks had a tough time if they left the plowed roads. We got around easily with snowmobiles. Hunters Point is doing some dredgeing in their landing and a snowmobiler decided to sink his sled on Saturday night
, be careful when you go around the south end of their rock pile break.
