portable shelter license

    Got the new fishing license but can anyone tell me if my license on my tent expires on the 28th as well or is it good for the remainder of the season?

    On the bottom 1/2 of your license :

    119 Res Dark House Shelter
    Effective from 03/01/2006 – 02/28/2007

    Shelter licenses also expire on the 28th of February.

    Yes the scam license that allows you to hang a cloth over your head expires with fish lic. Instead of shelter license maybe they can call it a hat license. I got stung last weekend for using it as windblock and not even folded down.

    OR- insurance req’d on all icehouses like cars- CO will ask for licenses and insurance cards

    I was reading my new MN shelter license and it says I need to attach a portion of the license to the outside of my shelter. Is this in addition to my 2 inch DNR number that I have displayed? Is this new this year?

    Pretty sure its alwasy been that way. The hat license shows no mercy.
