Got out on Grindstone yesterday, did not catch anything that I would brag about, but had a good time visiting with my brother. Tried to set up the portable but the wind was so bad we could not keep it in place. So we cut some holes and placed tip-ups. There is about 24 inches of ice on the lake. If we get ice earlier next year we will drag the house out. Do not plan on fishing up there for awhile. Hope everyone had some luck this weekend.
