I am wondering if anyone puts a substance on there augers to keep them from rusting up on the blades or on the drill bit assembly’s. I have noticed that the point on my Jiffy is starting to accumulate a little rust so i would like something that will prevent that from happening.
    Thanks,
    Nick

You can also spray them with some W D 40 each time you’re done.

I always spray mine with Rem-Oil. I keep my gun cleaning kit in the garage and it always seems to be handy. I just wipe them dry and hit em with the Rem-Oil. I also spray my portable ice shack poles with it too.
