I was wondering why theres not many people fishing south of the I94 bridge in the winter, particurly near Afton. Theres plenty of depth and structure between the bridge and catfish bar. i understand that theres thin ice in the current areas but it’s not any crazier than fishin the powerplant area. If anyone has had any experience please fill me in.
