Well I played hooky from work today to get up north and target some white fish for our first time. The day started out well with a small pike and a 4lb 8 oz walleye on a tip up in 10 fow with a shiner. Then one of the guys hooked into the first and only whitefish of the day so we felt success. Even though the heater didn’t work and having no action until dusk when I caught a small walleye we had a great trip.
