How deep?

How deep do you dare use the Reel Weeds? has anyone used them at around 30 feet? Or more? Just got my weeds last weekend. I’m looking forward to giving them a good test.

I’ve dropped them to 30 feet before and have also had them suspended in 30 feet of water. I’ve caught fish both ways…then again, I haven’t caught fish both ways too. It all depends on the mood the fish are in. They definately hold fish though.

I agree with the previous post. I have used them in 30-33 feet on Mille Lacs and have had no problems with them. I did forget one out on the ice by half-moon island. So if someone does enough searching they might find a free reel weed!
