Elmo or other lakes in the area?

    Anyone got anything to post about the ice? They are so dang close to the new office, I got to get out there!

    Any good ice around here?

    I have not been on Elmo but drive by it frequently. There have been some people fishing on the SE side near the creek mouth. Just north of there however, there are thousands of Canada geese in semi open water. I’d stay away from anything mid-lake and test the south and north ends carefully. Very carefully.

    Pepin was open today when I went by! Some skim Ice by Pres. Point, and clean after down to Maple Springs and beyond.
