    Well…….. finally able to post a picture of our SD trip. Couldn’t knock off the first place fish but we tried our best. This picture of my son Andrew went about 12.75 inches. We had a great trip catching many fish in the 11-12 inch range. I think Andrew may of had a fish on that would have been in the running for first place but it came unbuttoned half way up. We fished in 22 FOW. The camera was key figuring out the presentation. Half the day they wanted it laying on the bottom, others needed to be jigged up and then dropped and held off bottom.

    Last day the weather was beautiful. Ice was 31 in thick……thank goodness for power Augers!!!!!

    Thanks…we had a ball. Hardest thing was to keep them under us very windy and cold the first 3 days so moving around was hard…..we kept a third pole ready and would drop that down when we caught a fish in an attempt to keep them under us. Never failed we’d both catch one at the same time. so we would put the third pole down while we we rebaiting.
