Believe it or not, back in the day, we used to sit atop the lakes on frozen water and pull fish through the hole in the frozen water (called ice) If you don’t believe me check this musky video out….they (believe it or not) are sitting on top of a frozen lake

Nice fish, but I have this thing about putting my hand near northerns mouth and here these guys knew it was a musky and reaching down in the hole like that. Wont catch me doing that! In fact when I catch northerns while crappie fishing they seem to lurge out of the hole at me..
