    I TRIED 4 DIFFERNT SMALL LAKES–2-4 INCHES IN ALL, BUT 1 IN OF WATER ON TOP CLEATS ARE A MUST—I AM FROM W. SALEM AS WELL

    If that is all the ice you were on I bet the shoreline was shaky
    It doesn’t look like it is going to get any colder or dry in the near future either
    Glad you got a flag. It always makes for fun

    Thanks for the info. I was on 5 solid inches this weekend but with the rain, water on the ice, and a weedy shoreline…I probably should wait till next week. Also, none of my friends will go with because they think they’ll be swimming.
