I just recently contacted Strike Master for a couple of small parts for my aging 10 1/4″ auger; namely a new chipper blade and a governor control spring.
They put me in touch with a company called D-Rock Center in New Brighton, MN. Maybe some of you out there have dealt with them already.
Apparently they are a dealer/repair center for Strike Master, Jiffy, Eskimo, Ice King and Ice Master augers.
I contacted them on 12-5 and placed an order for the above parts, I had the parts the next day. The service guy on the phone was more than happy to listen to my concerns, took my order and actually sent a service bulletin and detailed instructions on the parts I ordered.
