    This morning was the first time I couldn’t find open water on Wissota. I wouldn’t be surprised to see the bays get hit this weekend.

    There were folks fishing in the Yellow River area this past weekend. I haven’t seen anyone go out on the little lake near The View yet.

    I was out for a quick outing this morning and found 10 inches in a bay of Moon Bay. The ice is black though.

    I was surprised to see that much ice.

    Be careful, it’s open under the X bridge and out close to 100 yards towards the public landing.
