    It looks like our wind is going to let up awhile!! could see some ice start to form on the main lake very soon!!!

    Mille Lacs opened up during the night(Friday night–the 1st) with a big NW wind blowing. The wind will be up for at least the next 36 hours per the forecast. No ice in sight!

    And then a warming trend for the next ten days or more.
