Not sure. I have only kept two pike in my life one 43″ froze in a matter of seconds in sub zero temps and a 42″ swam into the trolling motor and cut its belly up pretty bad. The rest have had a picture taken and back in the water. They are susposed to be a bugger to clean, they stink, and I would rather have five trophy photos on the wall in the space one mount would take up. So I have never really paid attention to the slot limits, they all go back. If I come across a regs book I’ll look it up.
