Hello everyone. I know there is no correct answer to this question, but as a general rule, about when can you get a fish house and a truck out on mille lacs?

The best answer anyone can give you is from the resorts. The ice vary’s so much all over the lake that its impossible to say its safe anytime of the year. If you’re pulling a truck and ice house out there, You’ll want to stay tuned in with the resorts. I’d just love to give you a ball park date,…..but thats impossible to do. Just have everything ready to go before Christmas.
Myself and others keep a very close watch on the lake conditions throughout the winter. Just watch for the reports and posts. I’ll guaranty you won’t be late.
