does anybody know how the fishing has been on red lake or lake of the woods? Some friends and I are looking to make a short trip up there and haven’t heard much lately? If anyone knows what has been happening I would appreciate it. Thanks
I got back from both about a week ago. Very poor. I just called Arnesens today and they said it hasn’t changed. I’d wait til March.

read the reports in the U.RED lake forum, there have been some posts of folks getting fish. It does sound like it is very important to keep moving to find fish. there may also be a post or two in the Staff’s, Fishing Reports forum also.
