st croix ice?

Can anyone tell me how the ice is in the bayport area. Is anyone getting walleyes or sauger or should I head to a nearby lake. Thanks for any info.

I have not been out there and there may be those who are adventurous enough to try, but after the guy went through on his snowmobile last weekend and its only been warmer since…..???
