    Called Hunters 15 min. ago they are letting trucks out.

    Yep…….Hunters has their lake access open for vehicle travel again! They have had a very difficult crack near shore that has been giving them trouble. If you are planning a trip up to Mille Lacs, be prepared and bring along a atv or sled. We just don’t know when the conditions may change.

    We closed down our road yesterday. at least the access. We plowed out a road from the beach over to our road. once you are out there you are fine. we had a big ol’ hole open up right off the ramp and it is big enough to drive a car into. be careful out there everyone. no fish is worth your life.

    Ya gotta give credit where credit is due! The gang at Hunter’s has done everything in their power to get people and their fish houses out safely! They have spent a TON of $$ in 3/4″ plywood to fo along the crack and road off the resort. They are getting ‘er done!
