Ice condition in Amery area?

    Can anyone post what the ice conditions are like in the Amery, WI area? Specifically Big Round, Blake or White Ash.

    drove by today and there where shacks, do not know the ice thickness, but the trucks where parked by the ramp.

    We hit White Ash on 12/30/05 and the ice was good with 12″. Went there on 1/2/06 and still the same but with alot of slush under snowDid well on 12/30. SO So on 1/2 Let me know how you do. Doc

    Doc,
    We went to Big Blake on 1-1, the slush was 3-4″ thick in most places, but still had 10″ of ice. The perch were not to be found but the gills were very active although we had to keep changing our presentation. Wound-up with 22 eaters.
