Lake Eau Claire Perch

    Just a short report from yesterday on Lake Eau Claire. Started about 2:30 p.m. caught about 30 perch mostly average size..a couple 11 & 12″ers. Caught 2 snakes on tip-ups. Using genz bug with waxies fishing in 4-5 ft. of water. Ice was about 8″. My fishing partner didn’t fare as well and stated that it was unusully slow. Looking to return this weekend. Will report…hopefully with pictures.

    never fished it so i would not know what to expect but are the majority 9″ plus? Maybe it’s worth the 35 minute trip. Are they wormy?
