    I might have to give it a day time try. It use to be a good night crappie bite. I just haven’t hit them on the right night yet.

    That is one of the biggest perch I have ever caught here, almost 12″. I would normally let those big females go but my son caught that one and there was no changing his mind that day. It did taste pretty good later also.

    Nice perch. I saw one go 15 inches on some backwaters last winter. It was just a freak. Wish i had a picture. Imagine a 15″ largemouth full of spawn.

    Also, if anyone is willing to share some walleye fishing info in the area that would be great…I’m not sure if onalaska is good for that….pm me if you like. I will trade some info, most lakes i fish are up in the polk county area though. I go to school down here and would like to give it a try sometime.
